Sam Mokorosi is the Head of Origination and Deals at JSE Limited. He is a seasoned financial services executive, with 20 years’ experience in property finance, the bond market, corporate finance and private equity. He has successfully executed corporate finance and private equity transactions worth R40 billion. He has worked at Vunani Capital Standard Bank, Quartile Capital, IHS Investments and Cadiz Corporate Solutions.
