Thembi Ngema-Buthelezi is an experienced Technologist and Execution Strategist in the ICT and Services Industries. She is a creative, fun loving visionary
who makes things happen in her world and for others by being versatile, resourceful and appreciating excellence.

Thembi Ngema-Buthelezi is currently a FOREX Team Lead at a Major South African Bank. In addition to her full-time job, Thembi is also an entrepreneur with a number of successful business ventures, some of which she has been running since she was a teenager.
She founded 10B’s Connection House, an Event Media Management and Equipment Hire business, with her fellow tech head colleagues.
